How Living Lowveld tours work...

If you are interested in a trip like this, the first step is to email me. Tell me who you are and what you want from a trip to South Africa. Together, via email, we will begin to put together the perfect trip for you.

The approximate cost of the self-tour package is $1,500 per person with a two-person minimum. This includes 14 nights lodging, car rental, insurance, gas, a reasonable amount for daily food and my fee for set up and guidance. It does not include airfare nor activity fees. I would need a 50% deposit to make your reservations and begin the planning process.

The price of the guided tour is $2,000 per person for two weeks in the Lowveld. This includes all the basics. It does not include airfare, drinks, tips and personal expenses. Again, I would need a 50% deposit to reserve your space the remainder would be due a month before your arrival in Johannesburg.

These prices are based on 7 rand to the dollar rate and will be adjusted if a change of 10% occurs in either direction.
